While the people above oversee the ongoing running, development and creative direction of SGTG, every production is made possible by a much wider network of volunteers. Over the years, hundreds of people have generously given their time and talents to support our young people, becoming an invaluable part of our story. 

These people, past and present, are the reason we hold the Kings Award for Voluntary Service, the highest award given to groups like ours.
